Privacy Policy
Effective date: 27 June 2026 · Profit AI Blueprint Inc.
1. Introduction
Profit AI Blueprint Inc. ("Profit AI Blueprint," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and disclose it, and what choices you have when you visit profitaiblueprint.pro, enrol in our vocational AI income skills courses, attend our Toronto studio, participate in online cohorts, or otherwise interact with our services.
By using our website, submitting an enquiry form, registering for a program, or engaging our corporate training services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where we require explicit consent — for example, when you submit our contact form — you must actively indicate consent before we process your enquiry.
2. Who we are
Profit AI Blueprint Inc. is a Canadian corporation providing vocational training in AI-assisted workflows for income-oriented professional development. Our registered office is located at 150 King Street West, Suite 2400, Toronto, ON M5H 1J9, Canada. Business number: BN 874629183 RC0001. Privacy enquiries may be directed to [email protected] or +1 (416) 918-4736, Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:00 Eastern Time.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide directly
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including:
- Contact and identity information: name, email address, phone number, employer or organisation name, job title, and mailing address when you request information, register for courses, or purchase services.
- Enrolment and billing information: program selections, payment details processed through third-party payment processors (we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers), billing address, and transaction records.
- Communications: content of messages you send via contact forms, email, or phone, including questions about ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude training, cohort schedules, and corporate workshops.
- Course participation data: assignments, capstone portfolio materials, feedback you submit, attendance records, and evaluations you complete during programs.
- Consent records: timestamps and scope of consents you provide, including PIPEDA consent on enquiry forms and marketing preferences.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, date and time of access, and general geographic location derived from IP address. We collect this information through cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
3.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information from payment processors confirming transaction status, from corporate clients registering employees for training, or from referral partners when you explicitly authorise such sharing. We do not purchase personal information lists for marketing purposes.
4. How we use personal information
We use personal information for legitimate business purposes connected to our vocational AI income skills training, including:
- Responding to enquiries about programs, corporate AI income training, cohort registration, and general questions;
- Processing enrolments, delivering courses at our Toronto studio or online, and administering capstone portfolio reviews;
- Communicating schedule changes, course materials, and administrative notices;
- Processing payments and maintaining financial records as required by law;
- Improving our curriculum, website, and learner experience through aggregated analytics (with consent where required);
- Complying with legal obligations, responding to lawful requests, and protecting our rights;
- Sending marketing communications about new programs or services where you have opted in, with unsubscribe options in every message.
We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human review.
5. Legal basis and consent
Under PIPEDA, we rely on your knowledge and consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, except where the law permits collection without consent. Implied consent may apply for reasonable purposes clearly connected to your enquiry — for example, using your email to respond to a course question you submitted. Express consent is required for sensitive uses and for non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal may limit our ability to provide services — for example, we cannot deliver an online cohort without your email address.
6. Disclosure of personal information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to:
- Service providers: hosting providers, email delivery services, payment processors, video conferencing platforms for online cohorts, and analytics providers (where consented), bound by contractual confidentiality obligations;
- Corporate clients: when your employer registers you for training, we may share attendance and completion status with designated contacts;
- Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, or insurers when necessary;
- Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
Some service providers may process data outside Canada. When personal information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection through contractual safeguards.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Enrolment records are typically retained for seven years for tax and dispute-resolution purposes. Contact form submissions are retained for twenty-four months unless a business relationship continues. Cookie consent preferences are stored for six months, after which we may request renewed consent. Course materials you submit may be deleted upon request after program completion, except where retention is required for accreditation records or legal compliance.
8. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls for staff systems, and secure handling of payment data through PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we review our practices regularly and respond to known vulnerabilities promptly.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Withdraw consent for non-essential processing;
- Request deletion where we have no overriding legal basis to retain data;
- Challenge our compliance with PIPEDA by contacting us or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with sufficient detail to identify your records. We respond within thirty days unless an extension is permitted.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are designed for working professionals and are not directed at individuals under eighteen years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us for prompt deletion.
11. Third-party links and AI tools
Our website may link to third-party sites, including AI tool providers such as OpenAI, Microsoft, and Anthropic. This policy does not govern those sites. During courses, you may use third-party AI services under your own accounts; their privacy policies apply to data you submit directly to those platforms. We instruct learners not to input confidential client or employer data into external AI tools without proper authorisation.
12. Marketing communications
With your consent, we may send emails about new programs, Toronto studio events, or corporate training offerings. Each message includes an unsubscribe link. We do not share your email with unrelated third parties for their marketing. Enrolment-related communications — schedule updates, materials, billing — are service messages and may be sent without separate marketing consent because they are necessary to deliver courses you purchased.
13. Complaints
If you believe we have handled your personal information contrary to PIPEDA, contact our Privacy Officer first. We investigate complaints promptly and respond with our findings and proposed remediation. You may also file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you remain unsatisfied after our response.
14. Data breach notification
In the event of a breach of security safeguards involving personal information that creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by PIPEDA. Notifications will describe the circumstances, information involved, steps we have taken, and recommended actions you may take to reduce potential harm. We maintain an incident response plan reviewed annually and tested through tabletop exercises with key staff.
15. Accessibility of privacy requests
We are committed to making privacy processes accessible. If you require accommodation to submit an access or correction request — for example, alternative formats or telephone assistance — contact us and we will work with you to provide reasonable support within our operational capabilities.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
