One-to-one blueprint coaching

Focused sessions for individuals navigating specific income-oriented AI challenges — proposal drafting, client research pipelines, or side-income service design. A coach reviews your real tasks, refines prompts, and helps you build repeatable blueprint sheets. Ideal between program modules or for executives who cannot join cohort schedules. Booked in 90-minute blocks; packages available in CAD.

Team workflow audits

We map how your team currently uses ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude — often inconsistently — and recommend standardised workflows that save time without sacrificing quality. Includes a written audit report, suggested prompt libraries, and a follow-up session thirty days later. Helps Canadian managers demonstrate structured AI adoption to leadership and clients.

Coaching that respects your calendar

Coaching sessions run Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Eastern Time, in person or online. We work with your actual documents and scenarios under confidentiality agreements when required. Many clients combine coaching with program enrolment for accelerated progress on billable work and side-income projects.

Round-table workshops

Interactive workshops seat eight to sixteen participants around collaborative tables. Facilitators guide live prompt engineering exercises using ChatGPT and Claude, with Copilot demonstrations for Microsoft-centric teams. Participants leave with printed blueprint sheets and digital templates.
