Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Learner," "Client," or "you") and Profit AI Blueprint Inc. ("Profit AI Blueprint," "we," or "us") governing your use of profitaiblueprint.pro and enrolment in our vocational AI income skills courses, corporate training, coaching, and related services. By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, or registering for a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services description

Profit AI Blueprint provides non-degree vocational education in AI-assisted workflows for professional and income-oriented development. Services include cohort-based programs, capstone portfolio guidance, corporate workshops, one-to-one coaching, and team workflow audits. Training covers tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude, along with prompt engineering and professional deliverable practices. Services are delivered at our Toronto studio (150 King Street West, Suite 2400), online, or at client premises by arrangement.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Profit AI Blueprint does not guarantee career promotion, salary increases, billable hours, side income, client acquisition, or any specific profit or financial result. Course descriptions, testimonials, and marketing materials illustrate possible applications of skills but are not promises of individual outcomes. Results depend on your effort, sector, experience, employer policies, market conditions, and compliance with professional obligations. You acknowledge that AI tools evolve rapidly and that skills taught may require ongoing independent learning beyond our programs.

4. Enrolment and payment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment or signed corporate agreement unless otherwise stated. Fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes unless specified. Payment plans, where offered, must be maintained; failure to pay instalments may result in suspension from active cohorts. Corporate clients receive invoices under agreed payment terms. We reserve the right to modify published fees for future cohorts; confirmed enrolments honour the fee at time of registration.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Learners may cancel enrolment for a full refund if written notice is received at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the cohort start date. Cancellations between thirteen (13) and eight (8) days before start may receive a fifty percent (50%) refund or credit toward a future cohort within twelve months. Cancellations within seven (7) days of start, or after the first session, are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. To cancel, email [email protected] with your full name and enrolment reference. Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method where possible.

Profit AI Blueprint may cancel or reschedule cohorts due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or force majeure. In such cases, learners receive a full refund or transfer to the next available cohort at their choice.

6. Learner conduct

You agree to participate respectfully, comply with studio and online session rules, and refrain from harassment, plagiarism, or sharing course materials with non-enrolled parties without permission. You must not submit confidential employer or client data to shared systems or third-party AI tools during sessions unless explicitly authorised. Breach of conduct standards may result in removal from a program without refund.

7. Intellectual property

Course materials — including blueprint sheets, slides, templates, and recordings where provided — are owned by Profit AI Blueprint Inc. or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal professional development. You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly distribute materials without written consent. Capstone portfolio work you create remains yours; you grant us a licence to display anonymised examples for marketing only with your separate written permission.

8. Website use

You may use profitaiblueprint.pro for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content at scale, or misuse contact forms. We may suspend access for violations. Website content is provided for general information; we strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all information is complete or current.

9. Third-party tools and links

Our courses reference third-party AI platforms and external websites. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, pricing changes, or data handling. Links on our site do not imply endorsement beyond educational context.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Profit AI Blueprint Inc., its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services or website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific enrolment shall not exceed the fees you paid for that enrolment. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ontario or Canadian law, including certain consumer protection rights.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Profit AI Blueprint from claims arising from your misuse of course materials, violation of employer or client confidentiality, unlawful use of AI tools, or breach of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Enrolment requires accurate contact information. Contact forms require explicit PIPEDA consent before submission.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Parties attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, Ontario, except where consumer protection legislation grants you rights in your province of residence. Before commencing litigation, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the dispute arising.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes affecting active enrolments will be communicated by email where practicable. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of revised Terms for new enrolments.

15. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, widespread internet outages, or government orders restricting gatherings. During such events, we may move cohorts online or reschedule without penalty to learners beyond the refund and transfer options described in Section 5.

16. Assignment

You may not assign your enrolment or rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the successor agrees to honour these Terms for active enrolments.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The unenforceable provision shall be modified minimally to reflect the parties' intent where possible.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with enrolment confirmations, corporate statements of work, and policies referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Profit AI Blueprint regarding the subject matter, superseding prior oral or written understandings except where a signed corporate contract explicitly overrides specific provisions.
